  • Artistic vision

In my artistic practice, I am driven by a profound curiosity that pushes me to discover more about the connection between the creation and the creator. This curiosity has led me to explore different paths that embody complex aspects of this relashionship—such as the connection between the illusion and the illusionist—which was the subject of a visual and conceptual research in my graduation project at the INBA. Through this exploration, I have been able to untangle certain problematics inheritent in this dynamic interplay, charting new territories along the way within my artistic approach.
I strive with my work to discover new visual and conceptual narratives while experimenting with existing ones, attempting to push further the boundaries of what defines the act of creating and the nature of creation.
As an artist living in a constantly evolving world shaped by a revolution of technological advancements, I see technology as one of my main sources of inspiration. I believe it is crucial to explore, moderate, and critique the possibilities offered by technology in order to help society adapt to it—without being blinded by the enormous amount of illusions that it can produce. For me, an artist is a master, a creator, and a tamer of illusions, and the crucial role he plays in society will lead to a better understanding of complexities that have remained buried, unnoticed, forgotten, hidden, or simply ignored within our collective consciousness.
Central to my artistic vision is the belief that engaging in unique quests to observe, re-evaluate, and re-formulate what was previously written and pre-defined, while harmonizing it with what’s new, is an important practice that can allow the formation of a clearer picture of the present.
Some of my goals as an artist are to inspire curiosity and encourage critical thinking by evoking creative aesthetic synthesis through my work. Fields such as psychology, sociology, science, nature, technology, and humanity itself inspire me to take a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates traditional art and new media art. Through this process, I aim to create works that blur the boundaries between the past and the future, offering insight into the very essence of our shared reality.
